Singapore Kidpreneurs Bazaar 2026

Singapore Kidpreneurs Bazaar is a hands-on entrepreneurship experience for children aged 5–14.

We believe children learn best when given the space to try. Kidpreneurs Bazaar is a weekend marketplace experience where kids can develop real-life business ideas, run their own stalls, and interact with customers in a supportive, supervised environment.

Designed to be age-appropriate, we offer workshops and guidance that builds a child’s skills beyond the classroom. Their confidence, resilience, and responsibility is built through real experiences, not textbooks.

Why We Built This

Every parent wants their children to be confident, independent, and capable. But how many kids really get the chance to practise these skills before adulthood?

The Kidpreneurs Bazaar was created to bridge that gap, supporting children as they take their first steps to build confidence from an early age, while discovering their own entrepreneurial potential.

Here, children aren’t just participants. They are creators, decision-makers, and problem-solvers — and we’ll be right here to support them.
They won’t get it all right the first time. But they’ll experience courage, responsibility, and growth.

Why Become A Kidpreneur?

More than a weekend bazaar, it’s real-world learning.

Children step into a real-world marketplace to create, sell, and make decisions for themselves. At the heart of the experience, they develop the ability to:
  • Build confidence by speaking to customers and sharing their ideas
  • Strengthen communication and decision-making skills through practice
  • Learn responsibility by managing their own booth and time
  • Navigate challenges with adaptability in a supportive environment
  • Grow resilience by trying, learning, and improving along the way
This is practical learning that builds capability, character, and confidence, skills that extend far beyond the bazaar.

How it Works

With your child in hand, we’ll take it step by step.
First, your child will attend a guided workshop where their ideas for the bazaar are explored. Once they’ve got their big idea, we’ll work with them to develop their product or service. The last step? Running their own stall during the event.

Throughout the journey, your child will make decisions, engage with visitors, and take ownership at their own pace. Some prefer to share their ideas onstage, while others focus on managing their booths. We support both paths!

What Parents Are Saying

Shao Rong, dad to Oliver and Elliot and founder of Supergreen
“We joined Kidpreneurs to let our children have the first hand experience of running their own business: from pricing the products, setting up the “shop” to actually selling to the customers. Throughout the event, they could finally comprehend the value of money and that money is hard to earn.”
Suriya Sofiee, mum to Alveena and Darshini
“My girls have always liked to make their own jewellery and key chains, so when I came across this event, I signed them up immediately. They learnt how to set their own booth during the workshop and came up with many good ideas. During the event, they have to be brave to speak to strangers and introduce their products. I only stand at the side to watch how they interact and talk to different people. They also learn how to manage their time and make decisions. At the event, my girls also made many friends and learnt from other kidpreneurs.”
Tiffany, mum to Xin Huei and Liam
“This is the second time we joined the Kidpreneurs Bazaar. The kids enjoyed setting up their own business and feel happy when they sell their self-made bath salts. They learn how to speak to different people and persuade people to buy their products. They also understand better than running a business is not as easy as they thought. The event is very well-organised, and the kids also like going up to the stage to talk about their business. I can see they’re more confident this time.”

OUR STORY

Singapore Kidpreneurs Bazaar began as a small corner at Mama’s Bazaar, organised in collaboration with Mums@Work. It was a real-world sandbox for kids can try out ideas, learn by doing, and build confidence through experience. It quickly struck a chord with parents who were looking for a space to nurture creativity, confidence, and an entrepreneurial mindset in their children.

As interest grew, the bazaar evolved into a yearly platform, alongside the launch of Kidpreneurs Academy, where young entrepreneurs continue to learn through real-world experience.

The initiative was founded by Jolene Ang, whose work in education and youth development is rooted in a simple belief: children learn best when they are given space to explore, experiment, and figure things out for themselves with guidance, not pressure.

At its heart, the bazaar exists to create those spaces, where learning happens through experience and skills are built for life, no matter the path a child eventually takes.

Our Mission

We strive to create real-world spaces where kids can try, experiment, and learn by doing — which will build the confidence, communication, and life skills that stay with them long after the bazaar.
